The Riesling grapes for this crisp, fresh wine are grown on marl-clay and weathered limestone soils and harvested early in the morning. After a short time macerating, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice ferments naturally in stainless steel. The nose shows apple and citrus, the palate shows just a touch of richness but finishes dry with a hint of minerality. Quite delicious.
